TGIF!

So my oldest is starting first grade soon. It's the same school she went to for Kindergarten so, really, not a big deal. Except that she's starting first grade! I mean, this is only the beginning of a long road for her. And by her, I mean me.

I feel like Kindergarten was the new 2nd grade. They expect so much out of these little 5 and 6-year olds. And next year Peaches starts Kindergarten. So sad in some ways. In other ways - I can't wait until they are both in the same school again. It's like a part-time job figuring out who goes where and when. This summer has been crazy. Peaches has been at daycare but Bean has been all over the place. Anyone who would take!

Yeah - I'm ready for school to start again.

The Beginning

Okay - so I guess I am officially a blogger. I'm not really sure what I'm hoping to accomplish here. I like reading blogs and I've always thought I could create a blog other people might like. So here I am.



So - why Peaches and Beans you ask? Nope - not my two favorite foods. They are my two daughters. Peaches is 3 - almost 4 and Bean is 5. I like them a lot. I like their father too. He will be known as The Dad unless I come up with a better name for him. We've been married for 9 years. A feat I'm pretty damn proud. Overall - we're happy although I'm sure I get on his last nerve!



I'll be writing about my life. Let's just see what happens.
